Former Delhi football and table tennis player Swaraj Kumar Jolly passed away following a prolonged illness.

Jolly was a regular presence in the DSA league for a long time, representing several clubs including his employer Reserve Bank of India.

Besides football, Jolly was also associated to table tennis and was the secretary of the Delhi Table Tennis Association.

A State-level player before joining the DTTA as an office bearer, 59-year-old Jolly had been suffering from lung cancer. He is survived by wife, a son and a daughter. — Special Correspondent
