THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Jayanth Jayaraman of Tamil Nadu bagged a double in the AITA National Talent series tennis tournament at the TTC courts on Friday. Jayanth won the singles titles in both under-14 and under-12 sections to complete the double. Jayanth defeated Prajwal Dev (Karnataka) 6-2, 6-4 to win the under-14 title. He beat Prajwal again 6-2, 6-1 to win the under-12 title.

Sneha Susan Thomas of Kerala won the girls’ under-14 title with a 6-2, 6-1 win over team-mate A.V.Rithika. Sneha won the doubles title along with A.V.Rithika. The duo beat Amika Pande and Devki Pande 6-3, 6-4 to win the title. Aswini Suresh (TN) won the girls under-12 title with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Pragati Natraj (TN)
