Tamil Nadu's Jagan Williams rallied from a two-frame deficit to defeat Balaji Reddy of Karnataka 3-2 in a crucial Group C qualifying clash of the Justice Sivasubramaniam memorial all-India invitation snooker tournament, here on Thursday.

In Group J, National champion M. Chitra of Karnataka, the lone woman contestant in the tournament, outplayed Murali of Tamil Nadu 3-0.
