Indian shuttlers dominated the Bahrain International Challenge championship winning all the five titles at stake. In the men’s singles final, Sameer Verma got the better of Subhankar Dey 19-21, 21-14, 21-12 while Tanvi Lad defeated Saili Rane 21-12, 21-18 to clinch the women’s singles title.

In the women’s doubles final, N. Sikki Reddy and Pradnya Gadre emerged winners getting past the fighting duo of Aparna Balan and Sanyogita Ghorpade 21-13, 19-21, 21-5.
