NEW DELHI: Pemba Tamang shot a 577 out of 600 to take the 14th place in the rapidfire pistol event in the ongoing shooting World Cup at Sydney on Monday.

Tamang was not that strong in the 4-second series and dropped 14 points, which put paid to his hopes of making the final and winning an Olympic quota place.
