NEW DELHI: Anand Rajan bagged three wickets as Indian Oil defeated Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) by seven wickets to reach the semifinals of the 29th PSPB inter-unit cricket tournament at the St. Stephen’s College ground here on Sunday.

In another match, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) defeated Oil India by five wickets and advanced to the semis.

The scores: HPCL 51 in 19.5 overs (Anand Rajan three for eight) lost to Indian Oil 52 for three in 8.2 overs (Murtuza Hussain 24).

Oil India 62 for seven in 15 overs lost to BPCL 63 for five in 12.1overs (Vinayak Mane 24 not out).
