Veteran Arup Baidya bagged a double crown in the fourth Netaji Subhas State Games badminton event here on Thursday.

Apart from winning the men's singles defeating Kaushik Pal in straight games, he combined with Sourav Chatterjee to defeat Pal and Ashutosh Tiwari, also in straight games, in the doubles. Khirankey Sengupta won the women’s singles overcoming Moharmala Mukherjee in three games.

Hooghly men and Jalpaiguri women won the sepak takraw team titles.
