Dindigul: Skipper and off-spinner K.A. Dayanithi’s seven for 28 helped Madurai score a comfortable five-wicket victory over Salem for its first win in two matches in the TNCA inter-district under-22 cricket tournament at RVS ground, here on Thursday.

At Theni, an unbeaten 129 by Lakshman Narayan helped Theni defeat Ramanathapuram by 86 runs for its first win.
