The National under-13 (Open and girls) chess championship will be held at the Nehru Indoor Stadium, Periamet here from October 12 to 21. The total cash prize is Rs. 1,75, 000.
Only registered players of All India Chess Federation, born on or after 1.1.1999 are eligible to participate.
Every affiliated member of the federation may field two entries in each category.
Fees range from Rs. 700 (normal) and Rs. 4000 (special). Entries close on October 5 with TNSCA, Hall No. 75, Nehru stadium, Chennai.
