NEW DELHI: India won three team bronze medals in the 10th Asian cross-country championships held at Manama, Bahrain, last Sunday, according to information available with the Athletics Federation of India .

The best finish by an Indian came in the men’s 11.85km race where Surendra Kumar Singh ended fifth in a time of 35:22.0. He had won the silver in the 2007 edition in Amman.
