DHAKA: Tajikistan clinched the 16-team Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Challenge Cup beating Sri Lanka 4-0 in the final here on Sunday.

Striker Dzhormikhon Muhidinov struck twice while midfielder Khurshed Makhmudov and forward Numondzhin Hakimov scored one each for Tajikistan.

Sri Lanka won the `Fair Play Trophy' as the most disciplined team. Palestine striker Fahed Attal, who scored eight goals with a double hat-trick in its 11-0 victory over Guam, received the `Golden Boot' as the highest scorer of the tournament. Xinhua
