KOLKATA: East Bengal continued to keep itself in the title hunt beating Eastern Railway by a solitary goal in a return-leg encounter of the Calcutta Football League’s premier division here on Wednesday.

The win helped East Bengal net 22 points and remain in the second spot — a point behind current leader Mohun Bagan.

In another match, Mohammedan Sporting managed a 1-1 draw against George Telegraph.
