Mumbai: India recorded its second straight win in the Under-19 triangular limited over series in Sri Lanka by outclassing Bangladesh by 97 runs at Colombo’s Sara Stadium.
Having comprehensively Lanka in the opening tie, India continued its good work by scoring 226 for seven after being put in.
It then restricted Bangladesh to 129 for five in a match cut to 40-over a side on Sunday.
Skipper Tanmay Srivastava notched up his second half-century of the tournament by top-scoring for India with 56 off 80 balls with four fours.
