LONDON: Stuart Broad will miss England’s third one-day international also against Australia at the Rose Bowl on Wednesday because of a neck strain.
The 23-year-old all-rounder suffered the injury during England’s first match.
The same injury saw Broad miss Sunday’s second game at Lord’s where England also lost to go 2-0 down in the series.
The decision to rest Broad for the third ODI was made with next month’s heavy schedule in mind. — AP
