: Aditi Ashok of Bangalore won the junior title, with a three-round total of 236 (77, 82, 77), in the combined age categories of the Toyota IGU all-India final here on Thursday.
The youngster, who recently registered a top-10 finish in the Hero women’s Indian Open, pipped Ridhima Dilawari of Delhi 239 (84, 71,74) by three strokes after the end of 54 holes. Gurbani Singh also scored 239 (83,78,78), but finished third as Dilawari had better scores on the final day.
In the combined category for boys, Viraj Madappa of Tollygunge Club was in the lead after three rounds. He carded a three over par 75 for a three day total 216 (72, 69, 75).
Following him closely was another local lad Mohan Sardar, who was just four strokes behind the leader.
In the boys’ under-14 category, Piyush Sangwan of DLF stayed on course for a second successive title with a six stroke lead over local boy Tutul Ali. — Special Correspondent
