RAINFALL: Rain/snow has occurred at many places over Jammu and Kashmir and at a few places over Himachal Pradesh. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places over Punjab. MINIMUM TEMPERATURE: The minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir, west Rajasthan and Uttarakhand and changed little elsewhere. They were appreciably above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 06.6ºC recorded at Narnaul (Haryana).
