RAINFALL : Weather was dry over the region.

MINIMUM TEMPERATURE: The minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Uttarakhand and changed little elsewhere. They were appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan, above normal in Punjab, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 09.6ºC recorded at Nazibabad and Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).
