RAINFALL : Weather was dry over the region.

MINIMUM TEMPERATURE: The minimum temperatures fell in Haryana, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 09.6ºC recorded at Adampur (Punjab) and Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

FORECAST VALID UNTIL THE MORNING OF 9th NOVEMBER 2011: Weather will be mainly dry over the region. After 24 hours rain/snow could occur at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand.
