Two held for molesting woman

Two persons were arrested by Midigeshi police on the charge of outraging the modesty of a woman on Tuesday in Tumkur district.

The police gave the names of the arrested as Prasanna (25) and Shivakumar (26) of Thondoti village in Madhugiri taluk.

The 25-year-old married woman from the Scheduled Castes was assaulted allegedly by four men near a field in Thondoti village on January 26. — Staff Correspondent
