The district administration is closely monitoring the administration of Madura Labour Welfare Association Higher Secondary School and the students’ admission, according to Collector Anshul Mishra.

The Collector has promised to improve the infrastructure of the school by establishing a laboratory, new toilet and drinking water facilities under the self-sufficiency scheme.

Stating that the new management had given a commitment in the court that it would continue to run the school, the Collector said the management office-bearers would be given necessary instructions to run it smoothly.

Efforts would be taken to fill two vacancies of aided teachers at the earliest, Mr.Anshul Mishra added.

The administration had started the process of providing noon meal to students of Classes 9 and 10. Similarly, the school would soon get National Cadet Corps too, the Collector added.
