Two watchmen of a private spinning mill were murdered under mysterious conditions near Dharmapuri on Thursday morning.

According to police, Raman and Nataraj were found dead by the employees of the mill at Sogathur on Dharmapuri-Adhyamaankottam by-pass road.

It was also alleged that unidentified persons stole copper coils after murdering the watchmen. The mill was under lock up for the past six months due to dispute over bonus. Sniffer dogs were brought to the scene and forensic experts registered the finger prints of the culprits from the place of occurrence of the murder.

Superintendent of Police, R. Sudhakar, visited the mill. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
