Two killed in accidents

Two persons were killed in different road accidents in Dharmapuri district on Friday. The police said that a moped in which Ganesan, a Village Assistant of Kattampatti village, near Palacode, was travelling was knocked down by a mini lorry near Tomato Market in Royakottai on Friday night. He died at Palacode Government Hospital. In a similar accident, Suresh (37) of Santhaimedu, near Morappur, was killed when the moped in which he was travelling was hit by a lorry, near Kalaignar Nagar. He died on the way to the hospital.
