A training on “Development of Enriched Extruded Food Products” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on November 20 and 21.
According to a release, the training will cover processing technologies such as millet-based fibre and mineral-enriched noodles, vermicelli and pasta, pulse-based protein pasta products, fruit and vegetable based vitamin enriched extruded food products, etc. It will also include details on food safety.
