The Confederation of Indian Industry, Erode Zone, will conduct a programme on becoming successful lecturer and institution development on August 25.

The primary aim of the programme is to help lecturers implement the human resource development techniques effectively to achieve the management and instruction objectives.

The programme will highlight the recent educational concepts and techniques, value based system of education and issues in acquiring knowledge. It will also discuss about bridging the knowledge gap, enhancement of soft and technical skills, the development of attributes required for a technical lecturer, the implementation of quality mantras and the key ingredients of success.

Methodologies such as brain storming, role play, computer-based learning, web-based learning, objective-based training would be used during the programme to train the participants.
