A training on “Value-added products from Mango” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on May 24 and 25.

According to a university release, processing of mango into beverages, mango squash, mango pickle, jam, fruit bar, sweet and hot chutney and mango powder, will be taught. Those interested can register by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000 in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Dean, Agricultural Engineering, and sending it to Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore – 641003.
