COIMBATORE: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University will organise a training in preparing bakery products on March 3 and 4.

According to a release, the training will cover the following aspects: basic bakery formulations, preparation of fancy and decorative items, fast food preparations, burgers, breads and rolls, and plain and flaky pastries.

Those interested can attend the training by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000.
