The Hindu Young World painting contest tomorrow

The finals of The Hindu Young World on-the-spot painting competition for juniors (classes IV to VII) and seniors (classes VIII to X) will be held on Sunday at S.B.O.A. School and Junior College, Anna Nagar West Extension, from 9.30 a.m.

Those selected in the preliminary round would have received call letters for the finals. Participants are requested to report at the venue at least half an hour in advance. They should bring the call letters with them. Prizes will be distributed to the winners the same evening.

Apart from the first three prizes in each category, consolation prizes would also be given. The all India winner in each of the categories will be adjudged from among the winning entries of the competition in all 15 centres.

The best three paintings will be engraved on the cover or lid of an Amrutanjan product. MIOT Hospitals (CHIME) is the title sponsor for the contest. Amrutanjan Relief Cough and Cold is the national sponsor.
