: Southern Railway will run fortnightly special trains between Lokmanya Tilak and Tirunelveli to clear extra rush of traffic during the summer 2013.

Train No.01067 Lokmanya Tilak-Tirunelveli special would leave Lokmanya Tilak at 2.30 p.m. on Sundays on April 14 and 28 and May 12 and 26 (4 services) and arrive Tirunelveli at 3.30 a.m. on Tuesdays, a statement said.

Train No.01068 Tirunelveli-Lokmanya Tilak special would leave Tirunelveli at 1.45 p.m. on Tuesdays on April 16 and 30 and May 14 and 28 (4 services) and arrive Lokmanya Tilak at 1.40 a.m. on Thursdays.

The composition of the trains would be one AC 2-tier, two AC 3 tier, ten sleeper class, three general second class and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches.

The trains would stop at Valliyur, Nagercoil town, Eraniel, Kulitturai, Neyyatinkara, Trivandrum, Kollam, Kayankulam, Chenganur, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrisur, Shoranur Jn, Kuttipuram, Tirur, Kozhikkode, Vadakara, Thalasery, Kannur, Payyanur, Kanhangad, Kasargod, Mangalore Jn., Udupi, Kundapura, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Bhatkal, Murdeshwar, Karwar, Madgaon, Karmali, Thivim, Kudal, Kankavli, Ratnagiri, Chiplun, Khed, Roha, Panvel, and Thane, the statement added.
