TNERC announcement

The Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission is receiving letters on consumer grievances on issues such as incorrect billing, delay in getting new service connection, defective meters, defective supply of power, etc. Consumers are requested to send such complaints to the respective Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and not to the Commission, according to a press release from the Superintending Engineer of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation, Coimbatore South.
