PSG Institute of Advanced Studies will organise a two-day seminar on ‘Nanotechnology for Energy, Environment and Health’ on October 15 and 16.
According to a release, the seminar will deliberate upon the latest advancements and challenges in the development of multifunctional nano-materials and their applications in areas like energy, smart textiles, printed electronics, environment and health.
It will be inaugurated by W. Selvamurthy, Distinguished Scientist and Chief Controller (R&D), Defence Research and Development Organisation. R. Rudramoorthy, Principal of PSG College of Technology, will preside, the press release says.
Professors Pradeep Halder, Makoto Hirayama and Magnus Bergkvist from the University at Albany, State University of New York, the U.S., will deliver special lectures.
