ERODE: An integrated court complex will be built at Rs. 2.70 crore in the Sampathnagar court compound and the foundation for the same will be laid before the end of this calendar year, said Justice Ravi Raja Pandiyan of the Madurai bench of the Madras High Court here on Saturday.

The Bar Association of Erode and Advocates Association accorded a reception to him. He said steps had already been taken to computerise the judicial works and before the end of 2008 all the courts in Tamil Nadu would be computerised.

Principal District Judge A.S. Kannan, Erode Bar Association president Sivaraman, Advocate Association president P.C. Palanisamy and Bar Council Member P. Balasubramaniam were present.

The Justice inspected the District Court and other courts.

He also planted saplings in the court complex.
