“We need to protect future generation against heart disease and stroke by encouraging heart healthy living from early life”, according to A. Asai Thambi, Chief Civil Surgeon, Oddanchatram Government Hospital who spoke at an awareness camp on cardio vascular diseases held at Oddanchatram GH recently. “If you want to live with a healthy heart, you should not shirk physical activity and steer clear of unhealthy diet, stress, liquor and tobacco.”
