: A new treatment, ‘Robotic Radio-surgery System,' for cancer cases has been introduced at the HealthCare Global Enterprises in Bangalore, a cancer care network, successfully treating patients for the past one year.

It has treated nearly 400 patients ever since a Rs.30- crore imported machine was purchased as an effective alternative to conventional types of treatment like the chemotherapy was ording to Nalini Rao, Consultant Radiation Oncologist, Healthcare Global Enterprises (HCG), Bangalore.

Talking to media persons here on Saturday, she said that the robotic radio-surgery system ‘Cyber Knife” is offering a “revolutionary treatment for cancer patients and results were good so far.
