Pulse polio immunisation at Tiruchi junction

Tiruchi railway division has made all arrangements for the pulse polio immunisation programme on January 20.

The medical department of the division will open a round-the-clock booth at Tiruchi Junction to administer polio drops to children. The department will also open 10 immunisation booths in Tiruchi and Ponmalai areas.

Doctors, paramedical staff, members of Scouts & Guides, St.John’s Ambulance Brigade and National Service Scheme volunteers would man these booths.
