CHENNAI: Scholar's League, an organisation involved in human resources development and corporate training, is launching a programme on `flash learning and mind mapping' in the city next month.

The programme is aimed at helping professionals in various industry sectors. According to a Scholar's League spokesperson, speed is essential today for reading and learning and despite computerisation of work, professionals continue to spend a lot of time reading reports, papers and e-mail.

Flash reading and mind mapping use neuro-linguistic programme (methods) that help participants use the right brain for enhancing ability to read, comprehend and still retain and recall information read.

The programme to be held in the city on December 2 will seek to help the participants increase their speed of reading by two or five times.
