Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research will soon begin construction of its Multispecialty Analysis and Research Centre (MARC). This centre will be fully operational by December, 2012, according to coordinator of the project, Dr. C. Adithan.

“MARC is a project conceived two years ago by president Dr. N. K. Ganguly. Dr. K.S.V.K. Subba Rao was instrumental in making it a reality. We received project approval in January and work will start in the next three months as soon as we get the final approval from the advisory committee headed by Dr. Padmanabhan,” he said.
