MADURAI: The Southern Railway has decided to extend the operation of a pair of special trains between Madurai and Tenkasi by another three months, till November 21.

According to a Southern Railway press release, the Madurai-Tenkasi passenger special will leave Madurai at 11.25 a.m. and reach Tenkasi at 2.50 p.m. The Tenkasi-Madurai passenger special will leave Tenkasi at 12.15 p.m. and reach Madurai at 3.50 p.m.

The specials will have eight general second class coaches and 2 general second class-coach-cum luggage vans. — Special Correspondent
