TIRUCHI: The Institute for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (IECD), Bharathidasan University, has extended to February 28 the last date for admission to two courses Diploma in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Management and Certificate in Call Centre Management it offers in association with the New Delhi-based Chauhan Knowledge Process Management Limited.
These courses offer a comprehensive package of voice and accent training, personality development with focus on teamwork and stress management, general mathematical aptitude, basic computer skills, customer service skill, exposure to various BPO opportunities and facets of consumer relation management tools. Students will also be exposed to live call centre operations during their training.
In a statement, the IECD Director, K. Parthasarathy, said that there has been an overwhelming response to these courses from different parts of the State as students gain the advantage of finding a ready market for their skill, currently in huge demand.
The Institute has tied up with various top-notch BPO companies for 100 percent placement of the trained students.
