TIRUPATTUR: As a step to promote study and exposure in Information Technology, Bosco Institute of Information Technology will organise a one-day inter-collegiate “IT FEST” at the Don Bosco Centre, Athnavoor on Yelagiri Hills near Tirupattur on August 31. The festival will offer an opportunity to learn, grow and exchange ideas, skills and technology secrets with other budding professional in the field. A maximum of seven participants could represent an institution. Two students from an institute would be given an opportunity to submit papers on Information Technology in fields semantic technology, agent programming, web services, mobile technology, iphones, open source in India and grid computing.

Further, the IT FEST will conduct IT quiz and give an opportunity to participants to exhibit their programming skills.

A registration fee of Rs.100 per college will have charged. ID cards and bonafide certificate from the principal or the head of department should be submitted.
