Students who had applied for Standard X supplementary examinations, to be held between June 24 and July 1, can collect their hall tickets from designated centres on Friday and Saturday, according to the Regional Deputy Director of Government Examinations.
The designated centres in various educational districts are: Paramakudi- Sourashtra Higher Secondary School, Ramanathapuram- Rajas Higher Secondary School, Devakottai- Azhagappa Model Higher Secondary School at Karaikudi, Sivaganga- St. Justin’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Aruppukottai- Devangar Girls Higher Secondary School, Srivilliputtur- C.M.S. Higher Secondary School, Virudhunagar- S.S.S.N. Government Higher Secondary School, Uthamapalayam- Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Cumbum, Periyakulam- Government Higher Secondary School at Allinagaram, Usilampatti- Government Boys Higher Secondary School at Thirumangalam, Melur- Noyes Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Madurai- Capron Hall Girls Higher Secondary School, Palani- I.T.O. Higher Secondary School at Ayakudi and Dindigul- St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School.
In a press communiqué issued here on Tuesday, the Regional Deputy Director H. Chitrammal said that the hall tickets would not be mailed to the candidates.
Students who had not paid examination fee and failed to submit relevant documents would not be issued hall tickets without remitting the money and submitting the documents at the centres concerned.
She also insisted that students must verify the correctness of details printed on hall tickets without which they would not be allowed to appear for the supplementary examinations.
On the first day of the examination, all candidates should handover one large size self-addressed envelope affixed with postal stamps worth Rs.30 to the Chief Superintendent of the examination centre.
