Mayor Visalakshi Appukutty has called upon the Councillors representing Wards 31 to 45, falling under Zone-III of the Corporation, to give topmost priority to resolve grievances pertaining to basic amenities.

“Kindly bring the complaints of the people to the attention of the administration so that need-based infrastructure developments could be carried out at quicker pace,” she said. Mrs. Appukutty told this while speaking at a meeting of Zone-III representatives convened at Nallur on Thursday.

She asked the Councillors to frequently interact with the people to ascertain whether the respective wards were getting adequate quantity of drinking water.
