: Ferry service between Tuticorin and Colombo and vice versa has been suspended following a technical glitch in the vessel. Efforts are on to set it right. It is expected to resume next week , P.A. Ponnappa, General Manager, Flemingo Liners, which is operating the ship twice a week between India and Sri Lanka, said on Friday. Previously, it had a sailing on November 18 from Tuticorin to Colombo, where the vessel is in dock.The maiden international ferry service was started on June 13, 2011 from Tuticorin.
