Nanjil R. Kennedy, chairman of Sri Vidhya Academy International Residential School, has been nominated to the senate of University of Madras by Governor K. Rosaiah.

Mr. Kennedy started the school that is affiliated to University of Cambridge in 2006.

He received his B.A. from Pachaiyappa’s College.

He then studied in Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College and obtained a B.L.  Mr. Kennedy also has to his credit an MBA, M.A. and PGDPM.

He was awarded Ph. D. by University of Madras in 2008.

He was also a member of Pachaiyappa’s trust board for five years. 

He served as financial and administrative trustee during this period.
