Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hosur Small and Tiny Industries Association (HOSTIA) here recently.

A release from the hospital said that the MoU signed with HOSTIA to provide complete eye care to the members and their families.

The MoU was exchanged by Dr. J. Jayarama Raju with K. Sampath, president, HOSTIA, at a simple function.

Treatment

After exchanging the MoU, Dr. Raju said that the “perception of health care goes beyond treating the illness. It involves creating wellness by involving patient and their family members in preventing the vision apart from creating awareness on eye diseases and its treatment.”

Mr. Sampath said that the MoU will help identify and provide eye care to the members and their families at a subsidised rate.

“Many more promises are to be met and many challenges are to be faced in the years to come and we are hopeful that we will rise to the occasion,” the release adds.
