MADURAI: Counselling for B.Ed. admissions through the distance education mode in Madurai Kamaraj University will be held for three days from May 25.

The Directorate of Distance Education, MKU, is organising counselling on the varsity campus on May 25, 26 and 27 to select about 500 candidates for admission to B.Ed. course, according to S. Vadivelu, Director of Distance Education.

On Saturday, the university had sent intimation letters to candidates who were selected for counselling after holding an entrance test. Dr. Vadivelu said that 3,010 candidates had written the B. Ed. entrance test and the names of those selected for the counselling were posted on website www.mkudde.org. Admission will be made on the spot during counselling.
