Consumer rights forum takes out rally

The Consumer Rights Protection Consortium (CRPC) celebrated its silver Jubilee here recently. Around 500 persons, including students and consumer activists, took out a procession from the Tamukkam Grounds to Madurai Institute of Social Sciences (MISS). The students carried placards about consumer rights. It was flagged off by Consumer activist V.T. Nathan. Justice A.K. Annamalai, Judicial member, State Consumer Redressal Forum, inaugurated a one-day seminar on consumer rights to create awareness among the public.
