Construction of facility to perform last rites begins

The Cuddalore Brahma Theertham Trust has started the construction of a building at Periya Kanganankuppam for performing last rites for the dead.

Managing Trustee K.Thirumalai said the ground breaking ceremony was held on Wednesday.

A building with amenities to undertake 10-day rituals would be built at an estimated cost of Rs 25 lakh.
