CHENNAI: Dravidar Kazhagam president K.Veeramani has expressed concern over the current political situation in the country, which, he said, was causing anxiety among people who have faith in secularism and democracy.

In a statement here on Thursday, Mr.Veeramani said the Left parties’ ultimatum to the United Progressive Alliance government at the Centre was not a correct move and secular forces had a duty to point out this to the Left parties. — Special Correspondent
