Vickram College of Engineering hosted an international conference on inter-disciplinary engineering and sustainable management sciences on February 22 and 23.
Conference chairman K. Ganesh of McKinsey Knowledge Centre said that the two-day meet focused on problems faced by the industry and discussed practical solutions.
There were 17 technical sessions and 254 papers were presented.
Yves Ducq, conference co-chairman and professor University of Bordeaux, France, focused on environmental sciences.
M. K. S. Sreenivasan, college Chairman, in a press release, said that the conference’s aim was to deliberate on the latest advances in inter-disciplinary engineering sciences.
Experts from US, Taiwan, Finland and Indonesia addressed the delegates on various topics.
