Well done:Students of Christ College of Engineering and Technology, Puducherry, receving the overall championship at Jamal Mohamed College in the city on Thursday.

Christ College of Engineering and Technology, Puducherry, won the overall championship at the competitions held as part of the two day inter-collegiate technical symposium organised by the department of computer science of Jamal Mohamed College, which concluded on Thursday.

Over 225 students from universities, engineering and arts colleges participated in animation, debugging, extempore, IT marketing, online event, quiz, stress management, short film, treasure hunt, web designing and word hunt event.

M. Dhanraj, Ashok Kumar, Y. Thahir Ijas and Shakubar Sathik, all alumni of the college, have developed a new website of the college. The website was launched by M. J. Noordeen, president of the management of the college.

M. Maluk Mohamed, principal, M. A. M. College of Engineering, Siruganur, was the chief guest at the valediction and he gave prizes to the winners of the events. R. Khader Mohideen, principal, presided, and A. K. Khaja Nazeemudeen, secretary and correspondent, and K. A. Khaleel Ahmed, treasurer, offered felicitations.
